You will join the Group function "Finance & IT", which leads NCC ́s strategic development and major change programs in the business. Finance & IT is NCC's development and delivery function for IT as well as operations development and research & innovation. We are a Nordic organization working together closely under one common management. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCCs business areas, and therefore we have adapted an Agile team-based setup with a focus on collaboration, people and efficient delivery and development.

The role as IT Service Manager - IAM is in our IT Managed Cloud team.

As IT Service Manager, you will have the responsibility for our IAM services. Here you are proactively designing, governing, and developing the services. You will collaborate with other Service Managers, Service Owners and other skilled persons in the IT-organization. Also, you engage with relevant vendors and suppliers to secure the service delivery.

To be successful in this position:

We believe you are experienced in developing and managing the complete lifecycle - planning, control and managing of IT services.

You are skilled in stakeholder management and can understand requirements and turn them into delivered services.

You easily communicate and engage with others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You are result-oriented with a passion to perform.

You're a high performing team player with good self-leadership skills.

You have great structure and skills to capture, plan and execute an idea from start to finish.

Experienced in working with ITSM processes as the day-to-day operations include managing changes, requests, and problems.

Your profile

We believe that you have an academic degree or similar qualifications in IT and have good knowledge of work processes in large companies. You have several years of experience from a similar role. You are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and written. Experience in ITIL-processes and Agile methodology are also an asset.

You will be important for us in our strategic journey, which is why we need you to:

Be familiar with Microsoft IAM and respective security stacks (AD, Entra ID, MIM, Defender for Identity to name some of the core capabilities).

Be familiar with ISO standards (especially ISO27001) and how they can be implemented in cloud services and in hybrid environments.

Have knowledge on Clear Skye IGA-solution or similar IAM solutions.

In this position you will:

Deliver IAM input to NCC's IT projects with development initiatives, time, costs, and risks for proposed solutions.

Identity challenges and proactively suggest solutions within IAM operations.

Study new development within IAM field and work closely with technologies and data.

Support the development of the IAM Roadmap

Additional information

This position can be in any of our major cities in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The position may require travelling 1-2 days a month within the Nordic countries, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.

In accordance with NCC's safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates. You will be reporting to the IT Competence Manager whilst working in cross-functions in NCC IT Managed Cloud team driven by an IT Service Owner.
