Københavns Universitet, DTU, Region Sjælland og Region Hovedstaden driver sammen partnerskabet Greater Copenhagen Health Science Partners (GCHSP), der siden 2017 har etableret en struktur med 22 tværinstitutionelle klinisk-akademiske forskningsgrupper (Clinical Academic Groups (CAGs)). Sekretariatet søger en fuldmægtig, der skal understøtte partnerskabet samt de 22 excellente CAGs
Vi søger en AC-fuldmægtig i sekretariatet, som i dagligdagen skal arbejde tæt sammen med chefkonsulenten og direktøren. Rigshospitalet er vært for GCHSP-sekretariatet.
Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bl.a. omfatte:koordinere og understøtte GCHSPs ansøgningsrunder. koordinering og understøttelse af forskellige typer af møder og GCHSPs årlige forskningskonference. udarbejdelse af oplæg herunder power point præsentationer. ansvarlig for hjemmeside herunder tekst og div. opdateringer (wordpress). mødeforberedelse - fx mødebookninger, udarbejdelse af oplæg, mv. varetagelse af praktiske og administrative opgaver herunder tilrettelæggelse af arrangementer. ad-hoc opgaver. Du er en dygtig og vellidt kollega, der har en relevant videregående uddannelse, og som har lyst til at være med på rejsen, når vi udvikler partnerskabet. Du har erfaring med at understøtte prioriterede initiativer i større virksomheder eller organisationer.
Hvis du har kendskab til sundhedsområdet, er det et plus, men det er ikke et krav. Det vigtigste er, at du er proaktiv og kan indgå understøttende i partnerskabsarbejdet.
Vi forventer, at duer struktureret og kan begå dig i en organisation, der arbejder på tværs og dermed har en meget bred kontaktflade. har gode skriftlige kompetencer på dansk og engelsk. kan løse opgaver på egen hånd og i samarbejde med andre. Greater Copenhagen Health Science Partners (GCHSP) er et partnerskab mellem Københavns Universitet, Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, Region Sjælland og Region Hovedstaden med fokus på translationel sundhedsforskning, - uddannelse og – innovation samt implementering i klinikken. GCHSP har siden 2017 udnævnt og understøttet etableringen af 22 tværinstitutionelle CAGs, der alle har fokus på, at den excellente forskning implementeres i klinikken og derved bidrager til at forbedre patientbehandlingen.

Det internationale område er tilknyttet enheden og er en tæt samarbejdspartner for GCHSP. Stillingen refererer til enhedschefen i Projekt og Sekretariat, men refererer fagligt til chefkonsulent og direktør i GCHSP. Tiltrædelse hurtigst muligt.
