Som praktikant i Marketingafdelingen får du et stort ansvar fra dag et, hvor du fungerer som en kollega på lige fod med de fuldtidsansatte. Du vil hurtigt opdage at Bolia er en arbejdsplads med stor fleksibilitet, beslutningsfrihed og ansvar, hvorfor en meget selvstændig, struktureret og proaktiv tilgang til din praktik er vigtig.

Marketingafdelingen består af 5 teams; Creative, E-Com, PR & Communication, Campaign & POS og Media & Omnichannel. Som praktikant bliver du en del af hele marketingafdelingen, men med primær tilknytning til Media & Omnichannel teamet, som blandt andet beskæftiger sig med planlægning og udsending af nyhedsbreve, samt paid annoncering på diverse sociale kanaler.

Vi søger en praktikant til efteråret 2024 i perioden juli/august til og med december.

Praktikken indeholder er bred pallette af forskelligartede opgaver, herunder:

  • Den tekniske opsætning og udsending af nyhedsbreve i programmet Agillic.
  • Datatrækning på nyhedsbreve samt behandling af denne data med henblik på at optimere nyhedsbrevene.
  • Deltagelse på strategi- og arbejdsmøder med vores mediebureauer.
  • Koordinering, opsætning og kvalitetssikring af annoncer samt indsigter i vores paid media setup.
  • Samt ad hoc opgaver i de øvrige teams.

Ingen praktikantperioder hos os er ens, og derfor er det dine egne kompetencer og interesser der er med til at forme din praktikperiode. Erfaring med Outlook, InDesign og Excel er et plus, men ikke et krav – vi skal nok lære dig alle de værktøjer du har brug for, for at varetage stillingen, men en naturlig interesse for paid markedsføring, email marketing og databehandling er god at have i baggagen.
