Wind OEM sales Direct Sales area North EU
Sales Engineer for WIND Sales North EU
• Development, support, and implementation of sales-, market-, customer-, strategies, in alignment with regional Wind BU and GKAM
• Execute the Business strategy defined by BU and GKAM at the responsible customers
• Development of the sales initiatives e.g., short-term sales plans and tactics to generate new business with customers
• Responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets
• Tracking of market and Customer developments and conducting competitive analysis
• Evaluation of development trends in the Wind Energy Industry
• Follows the market and competitor behavior and makes Lost Order Analyses
• Principle technical advice to customers concerning Schaeffler products and services
• Reports of the sales activities regularly for the Sales management
• Prepares yearly sales budget for each customer and makes continuously planning for the customers.
• Starts RFQ processes by providing the necessary data to Customer service.
• Planning and tracking the cost budget of the own sales actions
• Following the compliance procedures in sales processes
• Supporting organization in problem solving and customer reclamations and coordinates and follows that customer gets responses in due time.
• Participates actively to Exhibitions, if necessary, stand service and arranging customer events
Stakeholder Management
• Strengthen customer loyalty, by maintaining and expanding sustainable customer relationship
• Operative sales partner and technical support to agreed customers in the focus regions / countries for defined product groups
• Steering of all local customer activities, supported by relevant stakeholder network
• Coordination of new projects and product solutions, with GKAM, Wind BU and other internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in product development teams with customers and Schaeffler internal stakeholders, such as project management and production plants
• Support GKAM & BU in negotiation of price- and other relevant agreements
Your Qualifications
Successfully completed degree in technical studies or comparable qualifications. Many years of professional experience in sales in an international industrial company. Well-founded knowledge of the Schaeffler Group’s market and products. Target focused and customer oriented. Very good communication in English (other North EU languages as plus)As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
