WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Nordic Talent Assessment Senior Specialist, you will be an instrumental part of building a new function to enhance BCG Nordics' recruitment process. You will play a crucial role in developing a best-in-class assessment function together with the team. By managing the interview process for interns and graduates, and driving the assessment of our experienced hires, you will ensure we select top talent, driving the continued success and growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute interview days for interns and graduates, leading the selection process based on interview and assessment results Administer assessments to candidates and conduct feedback sessions to enhance our decision making Lead interview debriefs and collaborate with internal stakeholders on making hiring decisions. Analyze interview and assessment results to continuously improve our assessment process. Collaborate with another team to plan the interview days Maintain accurate assessment data. Ensure best practices are followed in the selection process. Support special projects and strategic initiatives to further build out of capabilities over time. Conduct training workshops for new interviewers. YOU'RE GOOD AT
Analyzing and interpreting data. Communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing.Working with people, building relationships, working collaboratively and being service-minded. Handling sensitive information discreetly.Getting things done with high quality.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Master's degree in a relevant field. 4-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.Strong skills in recruiting assessment, including psychometric and logical tests. We primarily use People Test Systems.Proven analytical skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong communication skills. YOU'LL WORK WITH
