Your mission

At Dixa, you'll join a mission-oriented team with clear targets that will put you on a path towards becoming a Senior SDR first and then an account executive. You'll practice value-selling, learn to build a market, and help a Danish software company scale in the CX space in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Based in Dixa's Copenhagen office, you will be surrounded by a team of SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Leaders from whom you can learn to build the foundations of a successful sales career.

What you will be doing
- Outbound prospecting: identify and engage with prospects by phone, email or on LinkedIn
- Build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive
- Successfully explain the Dixa value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects
- Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base
Your profile
- Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
- Go-getter: you're a self-starter and nothing gets in the way between you and your targets. You knock down the obstacles, stay focused, and learn from your mistakes. Ultimately, you love to exceed targets
- Curious: you're a lifelong learner and you're curious to understand the what, why and how in most situations. You're curious about the pain points of our prospects, and how Dixa can solve their problems
- Process-oriented: you're able to make a plan and stick to it to achieve your goals

Now, we're in scale-up territory, backed by incredible VCs (raising Series C in July 2021), and 120+ exceptional Dixaterians working with us in Copenhagen, London, the US, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, and remotely.
The incredible momentum is fueling our mission to once and for all eliminate bad customer service and create a world in which all people are welcomed by their favorite brands with the warm familiarity of a friend.
