We are the heart of the day-to-day support in Medtronic. We solve problems and work hard to make products flow in the right direction. We work with internal as well as external stakeholders and we expect that you can keep calm and act with energy and enthusiasm in stressful situations. We are looking for a new, Swedish and Finnish speaking colleague to join our Customer Care Front Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Come for a job, stay for a career.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • As Customer Care Representative in our Front Office, you will be monitoring and updating orders, handling complex back-order setup, and logging disputes and complaints.
  • You will enjoy being analytical, focused, and service-minded. We face challenges every day, therefore we need you to act as a problem solver, work independently, and stay positive.
  • We offer you a position where you will provide a professional level of support to the Shared Service Centers, the Field Sales staff, and our customers with a broad knowledge of Medtronic products, processes, tools, and policies.
  • We will make sure you will get the proper training and introduction to all the above.
  • As a part of your daily work, you will monitor information flows and a wide range of incoming interactions either via phone or e-mail. These interactions range from handling orders, and disputes as well to more general inquiries. You will maintain master data and order traceability.
  • You will help us to meet our departmental goals and Key Performance Indicators in customer satisfaction within our guidelines and policies.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar level of education in business or life science.
  • Fluent communication in Swedish/Finnish and English.
  • Systems savvy and expert user of MS Office suite.
  • Customer Service experience.

For this position a knowledge of other Nordic languages will be an advantage as is the ability to multitask and maintain composure.
