Om Cash Management Advisory og vores mission
Cash Management Advisory er en afdeling i Customer Care DK, der er dedikeret til at assistere erhvervskunder med deres daglige bankbehov, herunder cash management, kontohåndtering, betalinger, likviditetsstyring og digitale løsninger.
Vores mål er at sikre den optimale bankløsning tilpasset den enkelte kundes specifikke behov. Customer Care DK er opdelt i mindre grupper, som fokuserer på specifikke kundesegmenter.
Vi er placeret på fire forskellige lokationer i Danmark, og denne specifikke rolle, baseret i København, er ansvarlig for et team, som supporterer vores erhvervskunder i blandet brancher og størrelser samt større ejendomsvirksomheder.
Vi arbejder målrettet ind imod Danske Banks strategi, Forward '28, hvor vi stræber vi efter at forbedre kundeoplevelsen kontinuerligt og tilpasse vores arbejdsmetoder til fremtidens krav. Vi samarbejder effektivt på tværs af Danmark og Norden.
Din rolle som leder:
Du vil spille en central rolle i at udvikle dit team som helhed, men fokus på en stærk team kultur. For at lykkes i denne rolle er det en fordel at have:
- Erfaring med at skaber en kultur præget af åbenhed og ærlighed, og hvor teamet føler sig hørt og værdsat
- Gode kommunikationsevner og evnen til at formidle klart og motiverende på både dansk og engelsk.
- Effektive problemløsningsfærdigheder til at tackle komplekse udfordringer på både operationelt og strategisk niveau.
- Erfaring med ledelse og en passion for at udvikle andre samt evnen til at opbygge en stærk teamånd og følgeskab.
- Interesse og erfaring i at optimere processer og se muligheder for teamet i at anvende AI til opgaveløsning, for at skabe mere tid til nye opgaver.
