We are searching for a dedicated individual who can care about our B2C customers and requests regarding the brand and products. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support and troubleshooting assistance. Collaborating closely with the E-Commerce team and partner companies, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth and exceptional customer experience.

Location: Either in Copenhagen, or remote.

Framework: Part-time or working student, ca. 15/20 hours per week.

Start: As soon as you are available.

In this role you'll:

  • Handle customer inquiries mainly via email and chat, providing effective solutions to their issues & ensuring they get the most out of our products.
  • Perform troubleshooting with orders in the relevant systems for general orders, payment and shipping.
  • Collaborate with development, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Communicate closely with the E-Commerce, B2B Customer service and Marketing team.
  • Record customer feedback and concerns, sharing them frequently to help improve processes and production.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining support materials, including documentation and FAQs.
  • Support the teams in communication on various platforms e.g. on social media channels and proactively enhance lead experiences.

What are we looking for?

  • A very reliable, flexible, charming talent, who likes to work independently, with very good organisational skills.
  • 6 months / 1 year experience in customer support or a similar role (internships included), ideally in the beauty/lifestyle industry.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and an affinity for technology.
  • A positive attitude and high orientation toward customers.
  • Strong communication skills written and spoken in English. German, French, or any Scandinavian language is a plus.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, partly remote, fast-paced environment and the willingness to constantly learn new things.
  • Ideally, you'll bring experience with some of our tools (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
