The candidate should be based together with the Global Speak Up Team in Ramboll Group’s headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your new role
As our new Senior Global Speak Up Manager, you will be the team lead of two subject matter experts in the Global Speak Up Team. You will report to the Head of our Global Speak Up Team and be part of a dedicated group of professionals who enjoys working together, providing independent and impartial subject matter expert investigations. You will join a high-paced work environment where we are committed to creating a respectful and fair work culture in line with Ramboll values ensuring high integrity standards in our way of doing business.
Your key responsibilities will be:

- Managing two subject matter experts
- Investigation of suspicious activities and handling concerns reported under our global Whistleblower programme
- Working with senior management to assess and address significant regulatory risks associated with investigations
- Monitoring changes to the Whistleblower regulations in the countries Ramboll operates
- Contributing to the development of our global Whistleblower programme covering more than 35 countries
- Continuously developing appropriate and more efficient methods and tools and generally improving quality of the investigation regulatory service
- Be readily available so that internal clients are provided good and effective legal support

- Qualified attorney with substantial legal experience in business law

- Fluent in spoken and written legal/corporate English

Furthermore, it is an asset if you have experience in managing a workflow and ensuring progress in case handling.
