Healthcare Denmark søger en Head of Strategic Communications til at indgå i ledelsesteamet og have ansvar for at skabe sammenhæng i kommunikation og brand på tværs af platforme, medier og virkemidler samt sikre, at den strategiske kommunikation omsættes til værdi for Healthcare Denmarks partnere.

Healthcare Denmark indgår i regeringens "Strategi for life science frem mod 2030" og skal bidrage til ambitionen om en fordobling af dansk life science-eksport til 350 mia. kr. i 2030. Nye initiativer omfatter etableringen af et besøgscenter i København for internationale sundhedsaktører og en årlig international life science-kongres til København. I den forbindelse er der behov for at styrke organisationens kompetencer indenfor strategisk kommunikation i arbejdet med at brande, markedsføre og understøtte den samlede fortælling om det danske sundhedsøkosystem internationalt.

Dine ansvars- og arbejdsområder bliver at:

- Indgå i ledelsesteamet og yde strategisk sparring på kommunikationsområdet, både internt og eksternt
- Have ansvar for daglig ledelse af marketing- og kommunikationsteamet
- Være skrivende pen og redaktør på skriftlig kommunikation i forskellige formater
- Binde kommunikation og brand sammen på tværs af platforme og medier herunder besøgscentre, website, SoMe og publikationer
- Sikre sammenhængen i kommunikationen på tværs af besøgscentrene i København og Odense i relation til de underliggende programaktiviteter
- Have ansvar for Healthcare Denmarks presseindsats nationalt og internationalt

Hvem er du?

Du har solid erfaring med strategisk kommunikation og pressehåndtering fra industrien eller centraladministrationen. Du har forståelse for politiske processer og beslutningsgange og er god til at navigere i et komplekst stakeholderlandskab, hvor mange hensyn skal balanceres kommunikationsmæssigt. Du er skarp til at skabe sammenhæng og binde kommunikationen sammen på tværs af platforme, medier og virkemidler. Du har veldokumenteret erfaring med skriftlig strategisk kommunikation, og du synes, at det er sjovt selv at være den skrivende redaktør og udførende pen på skriftlige opgaver i forskellige formater.

Du har veldokumenteret erfaring med ledelse og har stærke relationelle egenskaber og forståelse for at lede et team bestående af 3 stærke faglige profiler med egne ansvarsområder. Du vil indgå i ledelsesteamet og yde strategisk sparring, herunder til direktøren og nøgleinteressenter.

Vi forventer, at du har:

- Relevant akademisk baggrund
- Minimum 5-8 års relevant erhvervserfaring
- Erfaring med strategisk kommunikation fra industrien og/eller politisk kommunikation fra centraladministrationen og gerne inden for regulerede sektorer evt. sundhedsområdet
- Ledelseserfaring, f.eks. som teamleder
- Fremragende kommunikationsevner - både skriftligt og mundtligt (dansk og engelsk)
- Erfaring med international presse og mediehåndtering
- Erfaring med interessevaretagelse og stakeholder management

Praktiske oplysninger

Stillingen er til besættelse senest den 1. august 2025. Arbejdsstedet er vores kontor og internationale besøgscenter Nation of Health i BioInnovation Institute i hjertet af Innovation District Copenhagen på adressen Ole Maaløes Vej 3, 2200 København N. Der forventes regelmæssig tilstedeværelse på kontoret og besøgscentret i Odense.

Derudover arbejder Healthcare Denmark også med at markedsføre danske sundhedsløsninger gennem initiativer på internationale faglige og sociale medier, i udenlandsk presse samt via hjemmeside, film og præsentationer.
