Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Project Manager based in Europe, preferably in Denmark to report to TruLab’s Executive Director, Head of Europe.

As a Customer Success Project Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our biotech/pharma clients and end-users at clinical testing sites and laboratories globally. Responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships, as well as overseeing various tasks and milestones across multiple concurrent studies in Europe. This role entails orchestrating day-to-day operations and facilitating seamless interactions among internal and external stakeholders to drive successful execution of each project lifecycle.

We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, good at thinking on their feet and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for client service, possess the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, execute tasks with precision, balance concurrent projects and exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills. We strongly believe in internal promotion over external hiring and therefore, we look for candidates with significant growth potential and the drive to take on more responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with TruLab’s European clients and users. Coordinate activities and interactions among diverse groups, both internally and externally, across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Lead customer calls and communicate updates to drive timely project success as well as site meetings and training sessions.
  • Monitor patient visits in real-time, offering proactive and reactive support to users.
  • Collaborate closely with site staff and pharma employees to ensure seamless implementation and prompt issue resolution.
  • Work directly with the Implementation Leadership team and work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Attend client meetings with the Head of Europe to share insight into our deployment and ongoing support process.

  • Ability to effectively manage projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating actions across diverse groups of individuals. Proven experience in project management.
  • Persistence and creativity to navigate obstacles and solve complex problems.
  • A keen enthusiasm for leveraging new technology to drive innovation and progress.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English as well as German or French.
  • Willingness to travel for client and site meetings.
