People Test Systems (PTS) udvikler erhvervspsykologiske testværktøjer til HR og ledere i den offentlige og private sektor – der bruges professionelt til rekruttering og udvikling af medarbejdere, ledere, teams og organisationer. PTS er en del af Assessio Group, som består af Assessio Platform, Assessio Bloom og PTS, og er den største spiller indenfor erhvervspsykologiske testværktøjer på det nordiske marked.

Rollen

Som vores nye Customer Success Specialist trives du med at udvikle og vedligeholde en automatiseret kunderejse. Det indebærer at være på forkant med en struktureret onboarding & adoptionsproces af værktøjerne med nye kunder samt lanceringer af nye features og produkter med eksisterende kunder, så vi fastholder vores høje kundetilfredshed (NPS). Du vil få det overordnede ansvar for en omfattende portefølje af mindre kunder som den primære kontaktperson hos PTS.

I rollen som Customer Success Specialist er dine opgaver:
  1. Udvikle og vedligeholde en automatiseret kunderejse til vores portefølje af mindre kunder i tæt samarbejde med vores dygtige kollegaer fra marketing, salg, leverance og tech.
  2. Forankre brugen af koncepter, testværktøjer samt testplatformen hos alle vores kunder.
  3. Fastholde PTS’ høje kundetilfredshed.
  4. Mersalgsansvar for egen kundeportefølje.
  5. Blive superbruger af vores testværktøjer og testplatform.

Din profil

Du trives med at udvikle og vedligeholde kunderelationer virtuelt, digitalt og telefonisk. Du har en selvmotiverende tilgang til hverdagen uden behov for micro-management fra nærmeste leder.

Som person er du udadvendt og har et godt overblik, så du kan handle proaktivt i samarbejdet med kunderne. Den ideelle kandidat er procesorienteret, vedholdende og har helst en god portion humor.

Baggrund og erfaring

For at være et godt match til stillingen, ser vi desuden gerne at du har følgende baggrund og egenskaber:
  1. Erfaring fra SaaS eller rådgivningsbranchen er et kæmpe plus.
  2. Kendskab til Psykologisktestværktøjer er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
  3. Stærke kommunikative evner på dansk og engelsk.
  4. En videregående uddannelse er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
