Bosch Mobility Aftermarket (MA) divisionen levererer komplet serie af diagnostik og værkstedsudstyr til både grossister, webshops samt egne kæde- og individuelle værksteder på verdensplan. Derudover leverer vi en stor port folio af reservedele – fra nye og ombyttede dele til reparations løsninger – til både privat- og erhvervskøretøjer af alle slags. Vi tilbyder en lang række Bosch-mærkede dele, samt dele til de etablerede værksteder og services udviklet og produceret af os selv.

Du vil blive en del af et Nordisk team med kollegaer placeret i Danmark, Norge og Letland, hvor det forventes at du kan servicere kunder fra hele den nordiske region, inkl. Baltikum. Din primære funktion vil være som internt salgsled mellem kunder og sælgere indenfor Mobility Aftermarket.

Dine primære opgaver, som vores nye customer consultant:
  • Support til vores sælgere for aktiviteter relateret til ordre behandling og kunderelationer. Udveksling af kunde relevant data og deltagelse på kundemøder, både fysisk og via Teams.
  • Support til kunder omkring processer for logistik og ordrehåndtering, samt udvikling af fremtidigt samarbejde.
  • Overordnet kendskab til Order-to-Cash og Order-to-Service processer.
  • Support omkring fakturering, kreditering og andre finansielle processer.
  • Kendskab og brug af IT-systemer og KPI (Key Performance Indicator) programmer såsom SAP og PowerBI.
Kvalifikationer:
  • Erfaring fra en lignende stilling og erfaring med kundeservice/support generelt er et plus.
  • God kendskab til standard office software (MS Office).
  • Erfaring med brug af SAP, PowerBI og Excel.
  • Udmærkede kommunikationsevner, samt en løsningsorienteret tilgang til arbejdet, hvor problemer er til for at blive løst.
  • Flydende i både skandinavisk (dansk, svensk eller norsk) og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt er nødvendigt.
  • Initiativrig og pligtopfyldende.
  • Hjælpsom, ansvarlig og god team-player på tværs af afdelinger.
