De primære opgaver i stillingen er:

  • At udvikle og opbygge langsigtede professionelle kunderelationer med nye og potentielle kunder.
  • At identificere og opbygge en langsigtet aktiv pipeline ved at udforske både eksisterende markeder og målrette nye markedsmuligheder.
  • At forhandle og lukke salgsmuligheder med succes for at opfylde og overgå aftalte salgsmål inden for de målmarkeder, der er aftalt af ledelsesteamene.
  • At være den vigtigste drivkraft bag hele salgs- og udbudsprocessen fra første kontakt til kontraktunderskrivelse, herunder at udvikle og levere enestående salgs- og udbudsdokumenter og -præsentationer.
  • At sikre passende intern interessenthåndtering i forbindelse med salgsaktiviteter.

Som Business Development Manager vil du være ansvarlig for at udvikle og lukke nye bæredygtige forretningsmuligheder, der balancerer behovet for at levere på kundernes krav og samtidig sikre kvalitetsservice inden for vores målmarkedssektorer. Dette omfatter fuldt ejerskab af salgs- og udbudsprocessen i overensstemmelse med virksomhedens standarder samt at få en grundig forståelse af de vigtigste markedsinteressenter ved at repræsentere CBRE ved branchearrangementer og gennem en række netværksaktiviteter.

For at få succes i stillingen forventer vi, at du har:

  • Mindst 5 års dokumenteret erfaring med salg/forretningsudvikling fra en relevant baggrund (facility management eller anden outsourcing service provider).
  • Dokumenteret erfaring med at skabe salgsløsninger af exceptionel kvalitet, herunder udarbejdelse af dokumenter og præsentationer af høj kvalitet.
  • Erfaring med at koordinere en bred vifte af interessenter i forbindelse med tilbudsprocessen, herunder personale på stedet, leverandører og kunder.
  • Et drive, der er funderet i en målorienteret tankegang og et salgsmiljø med højt pres.
  • En god grund- eller videregående uddannelse inden for relevante områder som f.eks. virksomhedsstudier eller ledelse.

På grund af forretningsudviklingens iboende natur forventer vi, at du er detailbevidst og metodisk, når du driver salgs- og udbudsprocesserne. Dette omfatter flair for kommunikation og forståelse for, hvordan man kommunikerer til forskellige målgrupper, samt en god forståelse for vigtigheden af skriftlig kommunikation. Vi forventer, at du er selvmotiveret og selvkørende i dit daglige arbejde. Arbejdet kræver, at du er i stand til at træffe beslutninger på egen hånd og prioritere opgaverne.
