As a Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry, you will work closely with clients to design and deliver innovative, psychology-driven solutions that foster growth and transformation. In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture client relationships, using psychological insights to understand and address their unique needs.
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Utilize Korn Ferry’s psychological assessments, coaching methodologies, and research to create tailored solutions that address specific client challenges.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced consultants, helping them develop their skills and apply psychological principles in their work.
  • Deliver executive coaching and development services, leveraging psychological frameworks and behavioral insights to facilitate meaningful change.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in psychology
  • Able to demonstrate certified qualification to practice as a psychologist and a solid record in this area
  • You must be able to show solid evidence of applying any academic theories into working practice and not remained in academia e.g able to show the employment expertise
  • Recognised qualification in Coaching e.g ICF with a deep understanding of psychological assessments, behavioral diagnostics, and coaching techniques alongside a proven track record.
  • Proven experience in using psychology and coaching to drive organizational change and talent development.
  • Expertise in leadership assessments, succession planning, and talent management, with a strong foundation in psychological principles.
