About the job
We are looking for an inspirational leader to spearhead Talent Acquisition across Europe enabling us to attract, develop and retain the most innovative and curious people in our business.
As a Talent Acquisition manager, you stand out by your excellent people management and leadership skills. You develop deep partnerships with our business stakeholders and within our HR and Talent Acquisition team.
Moreover, you bring great business acumen, a passion for the candidate experience and a genuine commitment to advancing more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive recruitment practices to the table. Your analytical skills round off your profile, and you use data to inform strategies enabling and ensuring every hire makes a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society.
You will report to the VP Global Talent Acquisition and can be based close to any of our larger sites in Europe with a growing team reporting to you.
Responsibilities include:
- Build a deep understanding of the business and relevant markets to help shape the talent acquisition strategy and create a culture of accountability anticipating and addressing changing needs.
- Lead, coach, empower, and develop a high performing geographically dispersed team who espouse our values and nurture an inclusive culture.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to create and operate a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process to ensure we are making high quality hiring decisions in a timely manner embedding concepts like hiring for potential.
- Owning the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience.
- Always striving to improve the above, identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized recruitment strategies, consistently ensuring a healthy pipeline of relevant talent.
- Monitoring and reporting on key talent acquisition metrics, establishing accountability and using data to influence decisions.
Who are you
You will be bringing with you a strong record of achievement in Talent Acquisition building and managing teams in a larger corporate with a matrix environment within Europe.
Requirements include:
- A proven track record of leading successful, diverse and geographically dispersed talent acquisition teams within Europe.
- Strong people management experience with ability to build, inspire, coach and develop.
- Love to challenge conventional thinking and comfortable with driving change. Well versed in agile ways of working and experience delivering complex projects and process improvements.
- Customer focused and able to build great relationships - both virtually and in-person.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, including modesty, compassion, and playfulness with the ability to break down complex concepts and clearly articulate them internally and externally.
- Real appreciation for data and metrics with an ability to convert them into actionable activities and continuous improvement efforts.
- Curious with a growth mindset.
