Management and production remain in Denmark, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products that comply with international ethical standards in retail trade (code of conduct).
You will find the Burner Firestarter in leading supermarket chains and DIY centers.
On behalf of Burner International A/S, Best Talent is now looking for a talented Account Manager, Denmark & Europe who is motivated by B2B sales to relevant markets. The position is new due to growth and increasing market success. This is a unique opportunity to be part of expanding the business in a successful and developing company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategy for new markets
- Maintain focus on existing clients while working with new business sales
- Utilize excellent people skills with organizational insight
The Challenge
Is export B2B sales part of your DNA and ambition? Are you driven by creating sales and fostering business development? If so, we would very much like to meet you.
You enjoy working in a small but ambitious company, often independently while traveling and working field-based. At the same time, you are part of a team working closely with the rest of the organization.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for your own accounts and markets, focusing on different supermarket chains and DIY, but depending on the market structure in different countries and strategy, the role could include other B2B segments and clients.
This includes maintaining existing customers, developing new business accounts, negotiations, and calculations. With Denmark as your base, you will be traveling 10-15 days per year.

Your ambition is to work within B2B sales, and you naturally possess strong business acumen, are detail-oriented, and feel confident working with both Danish and international clients.
For you, engagement, positivity, and relations with clients are key. You are strong in understanding and handling clients in a very professional way, and you depend on your colleagues and the rest of the organization to be successful.
You thrive in a sales role and are motivated by achieving results. Combined with this, you develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally. It is therefore very important that you master the ability to balance working independently while enjoying being part of a dedicated team.
As a person, you are self-driven and well-structured with a strong ability to prioritize and make things happen. By nature, you are result-oriented and motivated by developing clients and getting things done efficiently, involving colleagues when necessary.
You show dedication and motivation to build the business and are also likeable as a person. You create trust and respect around yourself, share information, and are motivated by working in a dedicated and small organization with great opportunities to develop in the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Commercial background and experience within sales and/or purchasing
- Comfortable with many different tasks
- Fluent in Danish and English
