Job Description
The LEGO Group is on a progressive voyage to become a more brand-led organization, placing consumers and their perceptions of the LEGO brand at the heart of everything we do. The outstanding Global Insights (GI) team plays a crucial role in this mission by uncovering the "why" behind consumer behavior – by exploring what drives their actions and how they connect with the LEGO brand.
We truly believe that data-driven insights are important to building a powerful and resonant brand. To support this vision, we are looking for an experienced Senior Insight Manager to join our team.
Role Overview:The Senior Insight Manager for Brand Equity Tracking will play a key role in driving our understanding of how we can grow among adults. This role is responsible for setting up, crafting, and handling the brand equity tracking study, converting data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations in close collaboration with the Global Brand Development team. The resulting insights will play a key role in driving the transformation into a brand-led organization and, ultimately, brand growth.
This platform will integrate into a comprehensive brand tracking system spanning diverse audiences and markets. Building on our premier tracking system developed over the past year. This is an exciting opportunity to improve our ability to understand and engage the growing adult consumer base.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and drive innovation for the tracking platform, crafting a cohesive brand insights agenda across multiple platforms.
- Stay closely connected to key brand challenges and opportunities, ensuring the program delivers actionable insights that drive impact.
- Collaborate within the Data Platforms team to integrate insights, data, and analytics into decision-making processes across the organization.
- Partner with GI's Business Partners and Centers of Excellence teams to influence strategic business decisions with a dedicated focus on the LEGO Brand.
- Foster a true partnership with external research vendors through co-creation, shared ownership, and seamless collaboration.
Play your part in our team succeeding

GI is on an exciting journey as we have changed to a new structure comprised of 3 important teams: Business Partnering, Centers of Excellence, and Enablers. This Senior Manager role sits within the Enablers team – specifically within Data Platforms in a dedicated Brand Tracking team. The Data Platforms team drives consumer and shopper focused data and insight platforms such as MDS, BEAT, NPS, NPD, and CGT – all of which are data platforms that influence ongoing performance evaluation and actioning as well as 2 Global important metrics (Active Consumer Base and NPS). As such, this team “has influence on every employee at the LEGO Group.”

- Master’s Degree preferred - coupled with 10+ years’ relevant experience in a business environment and international approach.
