Hey there, this is a position preferably starting from October 2024 and it requires you to be physically in Copenhagen, Denmark, as we do not offer fully remote work yet. We would like you to be exceptionally fluent in English.

You, as our new Business Administration specialist, will be focusing on invoice management and global payments.
Your Profile:
- You are fluent in written and verbal English.
- Have a Bachelor’s or a Master's Degree in either Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or you have relevant experience.
- Have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and learn quickly; which includes identifying, resolving, and tracking problems appropriately.
- Are proficient in the use of various software packages including MS Suite, Google Drive, and, preferably familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Enjoy being the support of the administrative side of our international growth and finds satisfaction in consistent and systematic tasks.
Your Mission and Responsibilities in the Operational Excellence Team:
- You will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and issuing invoices to our esteemed customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Administering payments to patent offices and agents worldwide. You will handle the complexities of international transactions, including currency conversions, international banking rules, and compliance with local financial laws and regulations.
- Helping to manage and maintain the company’s databases, documents, and records.
- Assisting in the overall month-end closing process and helping us optimize our processes.
- Establishing, implementing, and conducting best practices regarding system maintenance.
