Med fokus på B2B-kunder, som enten er ejendomsinvestorer/udviklere, mæglere eller administratorer, vil du være ansvarlig for at sikre knivskarp kommunikation, lead generation og vækst i vores eksisterende kundeportefølje.

Du kommer til at rapportere direkte til og kan sparre med Propsteps co-founder, som har stor erfaring som CMO i en række tech startups.

Da Propstep også har et delvist fokus på lejere, vil du komme til at arbejde med B2C-siden af platformen i nogen grad.

Dine ansvarsområder:

  • Tage fuldt ejerskab over udviklingen af Propsteps brand og implementeringen af vores B2B-marketingstrategi

  • Sikre synlighed på såvel digitale kanaler, som relevante offline-events, medier mv.

  • Hands-on eksekvering af digitale kampagner herunder email marketing og paid marketing

  • Sikre en datadrevet tilgang og have styr på relevante metrics

  • Være virksomhedens go-to for udvikling af engagerende content og skarp skriftlig formidling, som altid er “on-brand”

Hvem er du?

  • Du har flere års erfaring med B2B-marketing, gerne i en softwarevirksomhed

  • Du har erfaring med eller som minimum interesse for ejendomsbranchen

  • Du er strategisk tænkende og god til planlægning, men elsker først og fremmest at få eksekveret på konkrete opgaver

  • Du har stor praktisk erfaring med flere marketingdiscipliner og elsker at nørde og eksperimentere

  • Din superpower er perfekt sproglig formidling og skarp tekstforfatning

  • Du er resultatorienteret og drevet af at skabe målbar vækst gennem dit arbejde

  • Du trives i et dynamisk miljø med mange bolde i luften, hvor du har frihed til at tage ansvar og præge udviklingen

  • Du har dansk som modersmål og er flydende på engelsk
