Designed in Berlin and crafted in Poland and Taiwan. We always stand out from the crowd with achieve progressive performance in sustainability as it is manufactured in the greenest way possible while offering a unique design approach to mass-market clothing items.

As a member of the Fashion Council Germany and McKinsey experience studio, #DAMUR is up to date with the latest business trends.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Marketing & Sales Intern (3 ~ 6 months), we currently recommend you start on Monday 13/01/25 (immediately) , but open to discussion.

#Please note this internship program is designed and suitable for study students / mandatory / Erasmus trainee fund internship practice, this program is unfortunately not able to support German internship visas.

YOUR MISSION:

DAMUR internship program is a program designed for learning by doing. We are looking for young and ambitious talents who are interested in Startup, Fashion, Luxury & Lifestyle industries. We believe in working hard and having fun in our transparent, open-minded and creative working environment. High self-discipline, curiosity, independence and outgoing are the qualities we appreciate.

At #DAMUR you are responsible and you take ownership of your Marketing & Sales related projects and tasks. You get the opportunity to implement your own ideas directly and on your own responsibility During your projects and practice, you will be working closely with your colleagues in the Office team and colleagues from the design team.

Throughout your internship, you will be a part of the new collection, and the new season of SS25 and AW26 and will actively help to organize the Fashion Show and many exciting brand events. Get ready to actively contribute to numerous exciting cross-over collaborations, both physical and digital events

  • Actively participating in market/sales research, adjusting, planning and building campaigns
  • Analysing performance and progress of the appropriate KPIs and metrics
  • Conducting our Website & E-shop (Squarespace / Shopify) and community management
  • Searching for sponsoring opportunities for events and projects
  • Composing partnership proposals and media kits or business case
  • Researching for trends and benchmarking and new sales partners
  • Creating your own short/middle-term Marketing & Sales strategy and executing it.

WHO YOU SHOULD BE:

  • You are a current university/college student in a Business Administration/Management/Economic and Trade-related degree or master’s.
  • You have knowledge of - and are passionate about the Entrepreneurship, Fashion, Luxury, Streetwear and Retail Industries.
  • You have excellent skills in MacOS (Keynote), Microsoft Office, and Google Drive. Basic skills and knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Shopify and Squarespace. Hand-on skill.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have skills in time management, communication and organizational skills.
  • You have an instinctive feeling about how to deal with the details of operations, numbers and sales.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English (professional level) and other languages is a plus (German, Polish and Mandarin).

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

  • You will be a part of the new collection, and the new season of SS26 and AW26 and will actively help to organize the Fashion Show and many exciting brand events.

  • Deep insights into Brand Management, B2B/B2C/D2C Sales and International Trade, and Fashion Retail (physical and digital) inside a fashion label.
  • You will work independently; have all freedom you need and are thus able to personally grow and develop yourself on a constant basis.
  • You will work at a modern and open-minded office in Berlin city and enjoy our daily free lunch (warm) + coffee made out of La Marzocco + fruits & snacks and our beverage selection in the office.
  • Berlin monthly public transport ticket (AB zone/ Azubi) is provided and covered by the company.
