Account Manager Professional Nordics (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Establish strong and successful relationships with all our professional accounts for professional footwear, focusing on the healthcare and HORECA sectors.
  2. Create annual business plans, forecasting, and 3-year plans on products, clients, and marketing plans.
  3. Meet targets for profitable sales volume, increase distribution, and achieve product mix.
  4. Lead strategic objectives, and prospect and develop new business opportunities.
  5. Monitor market and competitor activity; develop, present, and execute strategy and range plans.
  6. Collate orders, monitor inventory levels, as well as order book management.
  7. Ensure the best presentation of our products and take adequate measures to increase technical understanding of these.

YOUR PROFILE:

  1. Driven to become an ambassador for our brand and to build loyalty that encourages recommendations for our products.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in managing accounts with a proven track record of sales achievement in the footwear industry, preferably in orthopedic or professional.
  3. Well-organized with strong business acumen, strategic outlook, and proactive approach.
  4. Great relationship builder with personal gravitas as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, and ideally SAP.
  6. Fluent in Danish and English; Swedish and Norwegian language skills are beneficial.
  7. Driver's license and willingness to travel to different customer locations across Northern Europe.
