DIN ROLLESom Salgschef vil du være ansvarlig for at drive salget og udvikle strategiske initiativer, der sikrer vækst og styrker ECO EJENDOM's markedsposition. Du leder salgsteamet bestående af fire sælgere, motiverer dine kollegaer og arbejder tæt sammen med ledelsen for at opnå ambitiøse mål.
DINE ANSVARSOMRÅDER- Salg og forretningsudvikling: Udvikle og implementere strategier for vækst.
- Kunde- og partnerskabsudvikling: Bygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer med kunder og samarbejdspartnere.
- Ledelse og motivation: Inspirere og støtte salgsteamet på fire fiberrådgiveretil at performe optimalt.
- Analyse og strategi: Overvåge markedet og tilpasse salgsindsatsen.
- Tværorganisatorisk samarbejde: Arbejde tæt sammen med andre teams for at optimere salgsresultater.
- Proaktivitet og synlighed i markedet med fokus på netværk og kundeudvidelse.
- Lederskab og motivation: Du leder salgsteamet ved at gå forrest og skabe resultater gennem sparring og løbende samtaler.
- Salgsstyring: Ansvar for budgetter, markedsanalyser, pipeline og salgsrapporter.
- Organisatorisk styring: Vedligeholdelse af systemer og strukturer for en effektiv salgsproces.
- Statusmøder og samarbejde: Tæt dialog med interne teams og eksterne samarbejdspartnere.
- Sprog : Du behersker dansk flydende – både i skrift og tale.
- Kørekort : Du har gyldigt kørekort til personbil.
