Leading Microsoft Partner - You must be fluent in Danish and be based in Denmark.

My client, a leading Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Application Management Services professional to join their team. This individual will play a key role in managing the delivery and support of enterprise applications, particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), Business Central (BC), or Customer Engagement (CE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and maintain a strong pipeline in CRM, focusing on both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with ERP and CE sales teams to ensure service agreements are introduced early in the sales process – ideally at the start of an implementation project.
  • Work with existing customers in collaboration with SDMs, ERP, and CE sales teams to identify opportunities for service agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with our support team in India to ensure seamless coordination and management of customer agreements.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships with a focus on selling service agreements for Dynamics 365 (F&O, BC, CE).
  • Advise customers on the benefits of service agreements and expand their engagement through upselling and renewals.
  • Prepare and present tailored service agreements that align with the customer's business needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing the deal, including contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service execution and follow-up on customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports on sales activities while maintaining pipeline and forecast accuracy in D365 Sales.
  • Actively contribute to improving the sales process for service agreements by identifying optimization opportunities and ensuring a more structured and scalable approach.
  • Participate in events, networking activities, and webinars to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, or technical service agreements.
  • Proven track record in proactive sales and negotiation of long-term service agreements.
  • Experience with CRM pipeline management in D365 Sales or a similar system.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, BC, or CE) is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, as the support team is based in India.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Structured approach to the sales process with a solid understanding of CRM and pipeline management.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud-based services is a plus.
  • Experience in improving sales processes, particularly for AMS agreements, is an advantage.
