Core Responsibilities

  • Analyse global marketing campaign creative and strategy performance across a range of channels (digital and offline)
  • Work closely with brand and communication strategists and creative leads to find opportunities to improve the creativity and effectiveness of global marketing communication
  • Follow campaign creative work closely from the beginning to the end-of-cycle in order to monitor performance
  • Share the results of your work with a wide range of partners (from marketing to creative background) to improve advertising strategy and creative process

Do you have what it takes?

  • Relevant 5+ years work experience in data analytics, information architecture, data engineering and/or data visualisation
  • Strong presentation skills, data story-telling experience and ability to perform insightful data visualisation in Power BI, Tableau, Excel or other tools
  • Good knowledge and experience with APIs, MYSQL, R or Python
  • Digital analytics tool experience (examples could include but are not required: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SEO tools etc.)
  • Sound understanding of data modelling and the ability to work with domain level experts
  • Ability to successfully manage projects and manage priorities in a global work environment with hybrid work model
  • These are plus - experience in advertising or consulting agency; toy industry or entertainment companies
