Om Stillingen

Som vores nye medarbejder i Technical Support, bliver du en del af et højt engageret team i forretningsområdet ”Operations”. Her bliver din rolle at supportere med teknisk viden om vores alarmløsninger og specifikke produkter. Denne support vil ske via telefon til blandt andre vores kørende sælgere og montører, som kører rundt i hele landet for at installere, servicere og vedligeholde vores over 150.000 alarmsystemer i vores kunders hjem. I den forbindelse har de brug for din tekniske ekspertise og klare guidance, som du leverer med godt humør og positiv energi, til at svare på de spørgsmål og løse de udfordringer, som de står med hos vores kunder.

Du vil desuden få mulighed for at drive nye og spændende projekter og initiativer selvstændigt. Disse kunne omhandle f.eks. udarbejdelse af teknisk træningsmateriale eller optimering af overvågning af tekniske signaler. Sådanne initiativer er vigtige for at indfri vores mål om kontinuerligt at styrke alle afdelinger på tværs af vores forretning og sikre at vores medarbejdere er klædt godt på, når det kommer til viden om vores produkter. Derfor har vi brug for en erfaren og selvstændig profil, der har mod på at udfordre status quo og som brænder for altid at løbe sine arbejdsopgaver og individuelle projekter i hus.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:

  • Behandling af alle former for tekniske signaler på vores alarmsystemer.
  • Telefonisk support til sælgere, montører, alarmoperatører og vores kundeserviceafdeling.
  • Teknisk fejlfinding og udarbejdelse af kommunikation vedrørende løsning af disse.
  • Behandling af serviceopgaver, herunder kundekommunikation vedrørende status på udførslen af disse.
  • Sparring med dine kollegaer – både i det danske team og med de tekniske teams i andre lande - om tekniske problemstillinger og udviklingsmuligheder med henblik på at optimere vores produkter.
  • Håndtering af henvendelser af teknisk karakter fra kunder vedrørende brugen af deres alarmsystem.

Arbejdstiden er 37 timer pr. uge. Du skal dog være indstillet på, at stillingen forudsætter, at du kan indgå i en vagtplan, som dækker arbejdstid mellem kl. 08:00 – 20:00 fra mandag til fredag samt weekendarbejde fra kl. 09:00 til 17:00. Det forventes, at du har ca. 3 aftenvagter og 1 weekendvagt om måneden. Når du har weekendvagt, har du fri torsdag og fredag i den pågældende uge op til din weekendvagt.

Din profil
  • Du kommer med teknisk erfaring, gerne fra en lignende stilling.
  • Du er kommunikativt stærk på dansk – også gennem en telefon.
  • Du brænder for at lære – og i særdeleshed at lære fra dig.
  • Du er serviceminded, tålmodig og har et roligt temperament.
  • Du er ansvars- og kvalitetsbevidst og besidder en høj grad af integritet.
  • Du kan holde hovedet koldt og tackle flere opgaver på én gang.
