Som vores strålende Service Delivery Manager (SDM) vil du være den, der implementerer, installerer og integrerer de tekniske løsninger, der får vores kunder til at danse af glæde

Du vil være en vigtig spiller i afklaringsfasen, hvor du ikke kun drøfter tekniske løsninger, men også tryller med alternative løsningsforslag til fordel for både kunderne og EnergiData.

Din mission som SDM inkluderer at sikre, at integrationerne opfylder kontraktuelle behov, kundens forventninger og forretningsmæssige krav. Du vil jonglere med ressourcer, koordinere teamindsatser og sikre, at serviceleverancer sker med præcision og effektivitet. Din evne til at administrere og optimere ressourceforbruget vil være nøglen til at opnå maksimal effektivitet og produktivitet.

I samarbejde med vores Salgsafdeling og leveranceorganisation vil du være ansvarlig for at indsamle, dokumentere og oprette ejendomme, målere, brugere og meget mere i vores systemer. Du vil også være den, der forbereder og klargør kundernes data fra forsyningsselskaber, så alt kører som smurt
