GROHE søger en teknisk Field Service Specialist, der har kompetencerne til at løfte serviceniveauet til vores grossister, kunder og installatører, håndtere tekniske forespørgsler samt reklamationssager.

I rollen som Field Service Specialist bliver du en del af Field Service afdelingen og dermed et team bestående af dygtige og dedikerede kollegaer med rapporteringslinje direkte til vores Teamleder for den tekniske afdeling. Stillingen er placeret på vores kontor i Carlsberg Byen i København. I rollen vil du være i tæt dialog med vores danske salgsteam og kundeserviceafdelingen, hvor fokus vil være på at optimere vores position i markedet ved at have kunden i centrum og levere et højt serviceniveau.

Dine primære ansvarsområder vil derfor blive at:

  • Supportere det professionelle marked via telefon og e-mail
  • Følge op på bestilling af produkter og dele, service- og garantisager samt besvare kundeklager inden for den givne tidsramme
  • Vurdere behov for servicebesøg eller anden teknisk løsning
  • Oprette servicerapporter samt bestille reservedele/produkter
  • Professionel opfølgning på salgssager, herunder sagsoversigt
  • Sikre, at rutiner og processer dokumenteres og følges, samt at alle kundesager håndteres i overensstemmelse med virksomhedens retningslinjer og lokal lovgivning
  • Holde sig opdateret på vores produkter for at kunne yde førsteklasses service til vores kunder
  • Teknisk support til salgsafdelingen

Din baggrund og færdigheder:

  • Erfaring inden for industrien i en lignede rolle.
  • Du trives godt i servicefaget og kan lide at tale med kunder.
  • Teknisk forståelse og interesse.
  • Som person er du en teamplayer, tager initiativ, har en stærk ansvarsfølelse, er hurtig på tasterne og er passioneret for at give kunden en god oplevelse.
  • Du kan kommunikere ubesværet på dansk, alternativt svensk samt engelsk – både på skrift og i tale.
