3stepIT oplever en forrygende vækst, både globalt og i Danmark, og søger derfor en Customer Service Specialist til vores forsikringsafdeling, kaldet Care Packs. Care Packs-teamet har ansvaret for administrationen af de forsikringsprodukter, som 3stepIT tilbyder, og håndterer bl.a. returoptioner, frikøbshåndtering og kundeserviceopgaver, dette overfor både leverandører, partnere og slutkunder.


Vi søger en dynamisk og engageret Customer Service Specialist til at opfylde en stigende efterspørgsel fra kunder og partnere på vores forsikringsprodukter. 3stepIT har en lang række partnere og slutkunder der plejes af virksomhedens Key Account Managers. Som Customer Service Specialist vil primære ansvarsområde være administration af returoptioner, frikøbshåndtering og kundeserviceopgaver. Du vil i det daglige bistå sælgere, partnere og kunder i forbindelse med løsning af konkrete sager, der omhandler brug og administration af forsikringsydelserne. Customer Service Specialisten indgår i Customer Operations-teamet og skal varetage de forsikringsadministrative opgaver, der relateres til bestående såvel som potentielle nye kunder.

Dine primære hovedansvarsområder

  • Forsikringsadministrativ støtte til Key Account Managers
  • Kontakt til kunder og partnere i det omfang materiale og/eller information mangler
  • Kontrol og indrapportering af forsikringer til forsikringsselskab
  • Forespørgsler fra forsikringspartner omkring tegnede forsikringer
  • Udarbejdelse af frikøbslister ved udløb af bruttolønsaftaler

Dine kvalifikationer


Erfaring og uddannelse:

  • Erfaring med Excel på højt brugerniveau
  • Erfaring med B2B kunder (private og offentlige). Kendskab til forsikringer, IT-kanalen og/eller forsikringsbranchen er en fordel
  • Eventuel kommerciel uddannelse er en fordel, dog ikke et krav

Sprog og IT

  • Du behersker dansk og engelsk både i skrift og tale
  • Du er fortrolig med brug af Office-pakken (særligt Word og Excel)
