Finance Business Partner

Can you create value and growth for one of Arla's largest production sites? And can you provide the Senior Site Director and management team with strategic financial advice and counseling? If so, you might be our new Finance Business Partner.

Holstebro Dairy is a high-profiled site seeking to be best in class. Holstebro Dairy produces butter, spreads, and cream cheese of high quality under well-known brands such as Lurpak, Kærgården, and Buko.

How will you make an impact
As a financial sparring partner for our Site Director and a member of the management team, you will have first-hand information on strategic issues. This means that you will provide the site management with analysis supporting future site performance. You will use this deep insight to analyze the business targets, ensure actions are taken, and follow up on the results. This also provides you with a general overview and the opportunity to challenge performance and processes. You set the bar high to improve the bottom line by identifying continuous improvements.

Another one of your important fields of work will be to act as an advisor on financial and strategic issues. You will ensure that vital knowledge and best practices are shared with relevant stakeholders. You will analyze and implement best practices and be accountable for providing all necessary facts, financial analysis, and business cases. In this way, you draw attention to the actual situation and contribute to shaping an efficient production. Another key purpose is to create clarity and consistency between the finance organization and the line of business.

What will make you successful:

• Communicate performance throughout the organization to ensure clarity and one view on the financial performance of the site.
• Challenge performance on-site to secure continuous improvements.
• Act as an advisor on financial and strategic issues accountable for providing necessary facts, financial analyses, and business cases.
• Own numbers: ensure updated forecasts, transparency, and consistency in numbers to enable effective and forward-looking performance dialogue

You will enjoy close cooperation with your colleagues in the Supply Chain. You will also be involved in projects, analyses, performance management, best practices, and other relevant tasks.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a degree in economics and previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or Controller. It is also a plus if you have experience in manufacturing finance. You are expected to work well within the Microsoft Office package, and it would be an advantage if you know SAP and Business Warehouse Solutions, but it is not a requirement. Furthermore, you are fluent in Danish and English.

You are used to working in an environment of constant change and will be a reliable and passionate ambassador for Arla's strategy and vision.
