Hos Actona Group er dine kompetencer og mål udgangspunktet for et individuelt tilpasset traineeprogram, som forløber over en 2-årig periode. Du kommer tæt på den internationale handelsverden og bliver oplært af nogle af de bedste inden for det globale købmandskab, hvad end du interesserer dig mest for salg eller spedition. Vi skaber rammerne, udfordrer dig og sørger for, at din rygsæk fyldes med relevant viden og erfaring, som er essentiel for din fremtidige karriere.

Du skal have lyst, mod, evnerne og tårnhøje forventninger til dig selv og din fremtid, for at blive trainee hos Actona Group. Måske du har ambitioner om at gå ledervejen, eller måske du ønsker at gøre karriere som regionschef i vores Salgsafdeling eller produktchef i vores Indkøbsafdeling. Du tager selv initiativ og løber med bolden med det samme, den er kastet i luften. Samtidig ser du værdien i at præstere som et team, og du skaber gerne resultater sammen med andre. Som ansøger skal du derudover have en relevant uddannelse - gerne inden for handel, og selvfølgelig være interesseret i møbler.

Spændende stilling med voksende ansvar
Actona Group tilbyder traineeforløb i Salgs- og Indkøbsafdelingen. Det er dine kvalifikationer og egne ønsker, der er afgørende for, hvilken afdeling der skal skabe vejen for din karriere. Som trainee kan dine resultater påvirke dit forløb, og du vil opleve en dagligdag i højt tempo, hvor vi altid arbejder hårdt, for at nå vores ambitiøse mål. Fælles for traineeforløbet i Salg og Spedition er, at dine arbejdsopgaver vil spænde bredt, og du vil blive udfordret.

  • Du vil hurtigt få ansvaret for dine egne kunder eller dine egne opgaver, hvorfor vi forventer du kommunikere flydende på engelsk.
  • Du vil få et indgående produktkendskab.
  • Du vil på sigt få et stort ansvar, hvor du får mulighed for at sætte alle dine kompetencer i spil.
  • Du bliver en del af et ungt internationalt miljø, hvor 335 engagerede kollegaer hver dag forfølger vores fælles vision om at være blandt de bedste inden for vores felt.
  • Din leder vil have fokus på din udvikling, og dine indsatser bliver løbende evalueret – både de individuelle og dem du skaber sammen med dit team.

Hvad du har i vente som trainee
Et traineeforløb på 24 måneder er fordelt over fire moduler. I hvert modul er der indlagt workshops, der skal sikre, at du får en god helhedsforståelse af Actona Group. Vi har fokus på din faglige og personlige udvikling, og arbejder derfor med halvårlige modulplaner, der bliver afsluttet med et review.

Fremtiden
Efter endt traineeforløb har du et stærkt kommercielt fundament til at bygge videre på en karrierevej. Vi investerer i vores trainees, og håber på, at de forbliver en del af vores virksomhed.
