HR Consultant

You will lay the groundwork for HR Processes and ensure engagement in an international environment while providing support and guidance to leaders and employees across the organization.
Own the full HR function - from daily operations to process development and improvement.
As our HR Consultant based in Nordhavn, you will report directly to the CFO, with a dotted line to the CHRO at USTC, and oversee all HR matters for CM Biomass’ 245 dedicated professionals, including both blue- and white-collar staff, across 13 countries.
You will take full ownership of developing the HR function - from completing day-to-day operational tasks such as contracts, our employee handbook, coordination and internal communication to consolidating our corporate culture. At the same time, you will also shape, update and implement long-term HR strategies and standardize processes, such as developing and executing the annual HR Roadmap.
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Drive and implement the annual HR Roadmap, focusing on performance, engagement, and talent development.
- Develop HR policies and processes that align with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters.
- Manage change and integration.
You will also be responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with local labor laws and GDPR, as well as supporting managers in creating a workplace that promotes employee well-being and engagement. Additionally, you will work closely with HR specialists from USTC to strengthen annual HR initiatives and ensure the smooth implementation of various HR processes.
Detail-oriented HR professional with a motivation for the green transition
You hold a master’s degree in HRM, business administration, or similar. We expect that you have around 5 years of experience in the HR field– preferably from an international organization where you have worked with HR operations and processes. Besides speaking and writing English at a higher professional level, it is also required to speak and write Danish at an advanced level.
Your motivation comes from a desire to professionalize HR functions and provide good service to the organization. You’ll thrive in our creative and constantly changing environment, bringing adaptability and a positive attitude, along with a great sense of humor. Good and positive communication skills are essential for influencing others and delivering clear messages, as we work together towards a sustainable future.
