Om stillingen
Som HR Development Consultant hos 3 får du en nøglerolle i at udvikle vores medarbejdere og ledere. Du vil være med til at designe og implementere udviklingsinitiativer, der styrker vores medarbejdere og ledere.

Som en del af vores dedikerede HR-team vil du blive en central aktør i at skabe en positiv og støttende arbejdsplads, hvor medarbejdernes trivsel og udvikling er i fokus. Dine arbejdsopgaver inkluderer

  • Afholdelse af workshops inden for kommunikation og samarbejde, samt teambuilding-aktiviteter.
  • Arbejde datadrevet med vores trivselsmålinger samt udvikling af målrettede initiativer heraf.
  • Rådgivning og dialog med ledere og medarbejdere i relation til udvikling, trivsel og performance.
  • Facilitering af initiativer til ledelsesudvikling og støtte til ledere i deres personlige og faglige udvikling.
  • Aktiv deltagelse i tværfaglige projekter, der fremmer en inkluderende og mangfoldig arbejdskultur.

Vi forventer, at du

  • Har en relevant uddannelse inden for HR, psykologi eller lignende.
  • Har 3-4 års erfaring med HR-udvikling.
  • Er en dygtig kommunikator og har evnen til at skabe tillid og engagement hos både ledere og medarbejdere.
  • Er analytisk og har erfaring med brug af data til at drive HR-initiativer.
  • Er proaktiv, struktureret og har et skarpt blik for både detaljer og helheder.
