Som Group Sales Director hos Roblon bliver du del af en veldrevet, børsnoteret og signifikant nicheaktør med lange og dybe kompetencer inden for feltet tekniske fiberprodukter. Markederne er konsoliderede, og kunderne er store, globale aktører, som imødegår høj vækst globalt, særligt Europa og USA. Roblon leverer integrerede, kundetilpassede fiberløsninger, som bygger på lange og tætte kunderelationer. Blandt hjørnestenene er kvalitet, produktudvikling og innovation og en effektiv supply chain.
Med reference til CEO, bliver Group Sales Director ansvarlig for den kommercielle og omsætningsgivende forretning. Det omfatter ansvar for den direkte salgsorganisation, som er organiseret under virksomhedens tre bærende forretningsområder; Telekommunikation (FOC), Energy (Oil and Gas) og Energy Transmissions.
Af ansvarsområder nævnes :
- Forretnings- og handlingsplan, bl.a. gennem at sikre optimal synergi i og på tværs af forretningsområderne
- Ledelse og salgseksekvering ved at sikre en ideel KAM-struktur for alle forretningsområder
- Sikre skalerbarhed, best practice, transparens med henblik på at opnå fleksibilitet, øge gennemsigtighed og bedst mulig udnyttelse af ERP-system
- Økonomi, herunder budgetansvarlig for eget ansvarsområde og anvende data proaktivt i forecasting
For at opnå succes i rollen kommer du fra en lignende stilling og har minimum 5 års erfaring med ledelse af salgsorganisation. Derudover har du solid erfaring med Key Account salg, rådgivning og salg af tekniske løsninger på det internationale B2B-marked og kan dokumentere gode resultater skabt via relationsopbyggende og lange kunderelationer.
Du har en relevant kommerciel uddannelse, fx cand.merc., HD-Afsætning, eksportteknologi, MBA eller tilsvarende. Du mestrer det danske og engelske sprog på forhandlingsniveau på skrift og i tale, og du har generelt flair for IT, så som CRM-, BI-, ERP-systemer.
Som person drives du af udvikling, retning og ambitiøse mål. Du vægter faglighed og værdsætter samtidig samarbejde, fælles indsatser og initiativ. Du bidrager som leder med tydelighed, engagement og en transparent og tydelig kommunikation.
I takt med at strategi og vækstmål indfries, vil der være rig mulighed for personlig, ledelsesmæssig og faglig udvikling. Der er tale om en central rolle i en virksomhed med ambitiøse vækstmål.
Rejseaktivitet : I omegnen af 80 – 120 dage p.a., bl.a. til koncernens selskaber.
