We are looking for a new Head of Sales, Public 360° Denmark.
As Head of Sales Denmark, you will be responsible for our go to market strategy in Denmark, including market value proposition and how to define our unique selling points to public sector customers in Denmark. Further, you will be heading our account management strategy and execution towards our existing customer base in central government, with close collaboration with colleagues in Public 360˚, in particular Consulting and Products & Strategy. You have a passion for sales and customers, and are proactively driving sales cases yourself.
Sales owns the customer responsibility and is accountable for the sales focusing on new business and must-win deals and revenue growth of the existing customer base. In addition, Sales is accountable for customer planning, our pipeline, opportunity management, and opportunity board processes. You will be part of the Public 360° management group and sales leadership team reporting to Katarina Steen, Sales Director Public 360˚. Katarina reports to Torben Winther Kristensen, Vice President, Head of Public 360˚.
Public 360° supports national archiving and case management standards in the Nordics and is a standardized solution which provides seamless resident services and digitized case management. In Public 360° it is possible to link collaborative spaces, where the participants can share information, to various projects and cases. Based on process automation capabilities, it’s possible for customers to increase efficiency and quality in case and document management. Our aim is that Public 360° becomes the leading platform for public sector digitalization in the Nordics.
As Head of Sales, Public 360° Denmark you will be:
- Responsible for our sales in Denmark with Total Contract Value (TCV), new logos, cloud migrations, and module sales as important drivers.
- Responsible for our country go to market plan and associated sales strategy. Nurture and further develop the value position of Public 360° market addressing public sector digitalization strategy.
- Account Management responsibility for our strategic customers and potential new customers.
- Proactively drive customer planning, sales processes, and sales cases.
- Ownership of our OMP processes (opportunity management process) and drive the tender process in Denmark.
- Ensure good cooperation with other teams, including product organization, marketing, and other relevant Tietoevry units.
- Help organization and set up how to prioritize time and sales focus between new and existing customers.
- Owner of pipeline and forecast in Denmark.
- Based on customer ownership, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships increasing customer satisfaction through structured customer planning, development of customer business, and proactive engagement.
- Provide proactive support in marketing and market communication activities.
The ideal candidate is mastering the following capabilities:
- Passion for selling. Proven track record, preferably within product sales to public sector customers.
- Understanding of public sector digitalization agenda and ability to rethink win and market strategy.
- Network in Danish public sector with experience in driving sales cases with different stakeholders. Experience with public sector procurement and tender processes and contract management.
- Strong in creating a high performing team by developing a sense of team spirit and encouraging cooperation and communication towards a shared goal.
- Good communication skills and a team player to build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required in business administration, information science, economics, or other relevant fields.
- Good command of English as this is our internal working language.
