Senior Sales Director

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as the Sales Director for our Danish operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our go-to-market strategy in Denmark, including market value proposition and unique selling points to public sector customers.
You will lead our account management strategy and execution towards existing customer bases in central government, collaborating closely with colleagues from Public 360° Consulting and Products & Strategy teams.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within product sales to public sector customers. They should possess excellent communication skills, a strong network in the Danish public sector, and experience in driving sales cases with various stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a flexible hybrid work model, professional growth opportunities, and an outstanding work-life balance.
