We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Coordinator and Closer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to manage and coordinate sales activities while assisting with closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing daily activities, doing warm calls, and organizing sales pipelines.
  • Lead Qualification: Research and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet the company’s target customer profile.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to move leads further through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and manage proposals, quotes, and sales presentations for prospects.
  • Closing Support: Assist in closing deals by providing detailed product/service information and handling objections from prospects.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain sales activities in HubSpot or similar CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly sales reports, including lead generation status, forecasted deals, and closed deals, to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (C2) and English (C1).
  • A resident of Sweden.
  • A seasoned IT Sales Manager.
  • Preferably, with experience in selling courses for network engineering and network security technologies.
  • Preferably, with experience working for a vendor, distributor, reseller, ISV, system integrator, or MSP of network engineering and network security technologies.
  • Amenable to work for 3-4 hours a day.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Amenable to meet clients in person if needed.
