We at MCC Denmark are now looking for a new member of our Danish customer service team, a Customer Service Representative . MCC Denmark has an office in Randers, which is the sales office for our Swedish department MCC Skurup, and belongs to the international group Multi Color Corporation. At MCC we produce labels for all types of packaging. Our labels adorn a large part of the products you find in your everyday life.

The Customer Service Representative is expected to:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and help them with their questions and cases.
  • Register orders in our business system Axapta.
  • Calculate offers and prices in consultation with the responsible salesperson.
  • Be the spider in the web and have contact with many different departments in the MCC organisation.

We are looking for a person who:

  • Is thorough, positive, and social.
  • Is detail-oriented and unpretentious.
  • Thrives working both independently and in a group.
  • Has administrative skills.
  • Places great emphasis on service and communication.

As a customer service person, you must be fluent in Danish and have an intermediate level in English regarding speaking and writing. Experience working with customer-unique products is an advantage. Good knowledge of the office suite is also beneficial. A technical interest and understanding of production is a merit. The position is a 100% permanent position starting with a probation period.
