Som Account Manager vil du beskæftige dig med salg af annoncer til magasinudgivelser, særligt over telefon og mail. Dit primære fokus bliver at udvide og vedligeholde din egen kundeportefølje, hvor du skaber langvarige relationer og sikrer salgsresultater. Samtidig skal du være opsøgende og kunne identificere nye kunder, hvis det bliver relevant. Du vil have ansvar for at planlægge og koordinere dine egne udgivelser henover året.
Som Account Manager hos Jyllands-Posten bliver du en del af afdelingen, der varetager udgivelsen af magasiner, og du refererer direkte til annoncechefen. Du indgår i et mindre team med to engagerede kolleger, hvor B2B-salg er kernen i arbejdet. Du bliver en del af en rummelig kultur, hvor jargonen er jovial og fri. Der er højt til loftet, og man skal ikke være bange for at begå fejl, så længe man lærer af dem.
Konkrete arbejdsopgaver inkluderer bl.a.:
- Salg af annoncer til magasinudgivelser, hvor du præsenterer og argumenterer for annonceringens værdi for kunden
- Håndtering af egen kundeportefølje, herunder pleje af eksisterende kunderelationer
- Planlægning og koordinering af egne udgivelser, hvor du sikrer korrekt timing og markedstilgang
- Opfølgning på leads og tidligere kunder for at fastholde og udvikle samarbejdet
Stillingen er en fuldtidsstilling i Jyllands-Postens moderne mediehus på Sydhavnen i Aarhus, hvor du får fornøjelsen af mere end 200 kollegaer fordelt på 4 etager.
Om dig
Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund er ikke det vigtigste, men det er en fordel, hvis du har en uddannelse på bachelorniveau. Det vigtigste er, at du har erfaring med B2B-salg og kan dokumentere gode resultater. Du kan komme fra mange forskellige brancher, f.eks. Telemarketing eller energibranchen.
Det forventes, at du har gode kommunikationsevner, både mundtligt og skriftligt, og kan formulere dig klart og overbevisende over for kunder.
Som person kan du nikke genkendende til flere af følgende karakteristika:
- Du har et stort drive og trives med at arbejde målrettet og resultatorienteret for at nå dine salgsambitioner
- Du er selvstændig og har evnen til at planlægge din egen arbejdsdag
- Du er positiv og vedholdende og lader dig ikke afvise af et nej, men arbejder strategisk på at åbne døre
- Det er en fordel, hvis du kender til værdien af et godt CRM-system, da du vil bruge det som et hjælpeværktøj i din salgsproces
