As a Product Plus Executive, you will play a key role in supporting procurement professionals across various industries in the Scandinavian market. Your focus will be on consolidating procurement efforts and enhancing our ability to provide a "one-stop-shop" solution.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our procurement range, ensuring customers have access to the products they need while optimizing their purchasing processes. By understanding market dynamics and the value of consolidated procurement, you will contribute to the profitable growth of our business.

What you will be doing to be successful in this role:

  1. Take ownership of the daily operations and drive the development of our procurement consolidation efforts.
  2. Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of Product Plus opportunities, working closely with the sales teams to ensure the most valuable opportunities are successfully secured through strategic joint planning.
  3. Enhance sales capability by broadening the understanding of the value that Product Plus brings to our customers.
  4. Ensure that sales activities are aligned with our overall procurement strategy through effective reporting and insights.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while driving results.
  • Strong business planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify and create customer opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
  • Experience in MRO procurement strategy, eProcurement, or inventory solutions will be an advantage.
