Job Summary

As Channel Marketing Coordinator you report to our European Marketing & Strategy Manager and are a member of the European Marketing team.

In this very hands-on role you support demand generation and sales activities in our direct markets (UK, Benelux, and Nordics) and collaborates with the marketing team members in support for the distribution market initiatives. You work closely with local sales teams to grow our brand presence and generate leads in direct markets.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As a Channel Marketing Coordinator your primary role is to be the link between marketing and sales. You assist and support both teams in connecting events, lead generation and content with sales prioritization and targeting. Your role is mainly divided into five domains:

Brand Growth & Product Launches:

  1. Execute local marketing activities to grow brand awareness in direct markets and support localized product launches.
  2. Assist with product launch initiatives for Europe.
  3. Work closely with local sales teams to understand market needs and implement targeted marketing initiatives, leveraging local insights for maximum impact.
  4. Support implementation of partner communication plans and guidelines.

Lead Generation:

  1. Support lead generation activities based on local market insights and European strategy.
  2. Coordinate with the broader European Marketing team on content and visuals to ensure aligned execution.
  3. Adapt and localize marketing content in collaboration with European creative team members.
  4. Ensure materials align with local market needs and audiences.

Event Support:

  1. Coordinate and support marketing events in direct markets, working closely with local Sales teams, and the Global Event team.

How you get the job:

First of all, in order to get the job you need to be able to recognize yourself in this description:

  • You have experience in Project Management or Coordination from marketing or sales.
  • You have marketing knowledge from education and/or job experience.
  • You are motivated for and have experience with tech, especially CRM.
  • You can speak, read and write English at a professional level.
  • You can speak, read and write either Danish, Swedish, German or Dutch.
  • You live in proximity to our office in Horsens.
  • You are okay with a full-time job and to spend about 10% of your time traveling to events.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly salary of 33.000 – 36.000 + 8% pension.
