Som Department Manager i H&M, vil du bruge 80% af din tid, hvor det hele sker – nemlig på sales floor. Ikke mindst fordi det er sjovest, men også for at støtte og lede dit team, så I sammen kan nå jeres mål og inspirere kunderne til at blive ved med at komme tilbage. Du forstår hvor vigtigt det er at lytte til dit teams ideer og hjælpe dem med at udvikle sig. Når du ikke er på sales floor, udvikler du salgsstrategier og planlægger den bedste vej frem for dit team og butikkens succes. Du trives i højt tempo i en rolle, hvor du tager hurtige beslutninger og udfører dem i praksis. Du er en problemløser med en positiv attitude, du er velorganiseret og forstår, hvordan du kan motivere og inspirere folk omkring dig. Udover disse kompetencer har du også en stor iværksætterånd og kan forudse vores kunders behov. Dagligt skaber vi sammen med dig en arbejdsplads, hvor unikke talenter samles for at skabe det bedste team, der fremmer en kultur af kreativitet, innovation, samarbejde og vækst.

Ansvarsområder

  • Du sikrer, at store operations og best practices følges i din afdeling og i hele butikken
  • Du driver salg og profit ved at skabe en plan for at levere enestående kundeservice
  • Du styrker teamet ved at fremme feedback
  • Du sikrer, at du har et godt team og støtter deres udvikling. Du arbejder med succession planning, talentudvikling og performance management for dit team baseret på resultater, værdier og lederskab
  • Du håndterer nye varer - udpakning, opfyldning og varepræsentation er en vigtig del af arbejdet

  • En forståelse for, hvordan man analyserer tal og udarbejder planer med henblik på at maksimere salget og sikre, at dit team altid giver vores kunder den bedste shoppingoplevelse
