Vi søger en Backend Tech Lead, der kan tage det tekniske ansvar i et dynamisk udviklingsteam. Rollen indebærer tæt samarbejde med teamets leder, som har det overordnede ansvar for teamets trivsel, personaleledelse og leveranceansvar.

Ansvarsområder:

  1. Fungere som teknisk sparringspartner for teamet og sikre, at vi følger best practices og leverer høj kvalitet.
  2. Drive design og udvikling af robust og skalerbar backend-arkitektur.
  3. Facilitere tekniske beslutninger og sikre, at vores løsninger er fremtidssikrede.
  4. Koordinere tæt med Team Lead og Tech Lead for frontend for at understøtte teamets overordnede mål og leverancer.
  5. Deltage i og lede tekniske diskussioner, workshops og reviews.
  6. Bidrage med et kommercielt perspektiv og evne til at kommunikere tekniske løsninger til kunder og interessenter.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  1. Har en stærk teknisk baggrund: Min. 5 års erfaring som backend-udvikler med dyb forståelse for .NET, C#, REST API’er, headless arkitektur og cloud-løsninger.
  2. Har erfaring med arkitektur: Du har erfaring med at designe og udvikle skalerbare løsninger og kan vælge relevante teknologier til at understøtte forretningen.
  3. Besidder et kommercielt mindset: Du forstår forretningens behov og kan omsætte dem til tekniske løsninger, der skaber værdi.
  4. Har arbejdet med databasehåndtering (f.eks. MSSQL, MongoDB) og cloud-løsninger (f.eks. Azure).
  5. Trives med at tage teknisk ansvar og agere mentor for teamets udviklere.
  6. Er struktureret, analytisk og god til at samarbejde på tværs af roller.
  7. Har en proaktiv tilgang til problemløsning og udvikling.
