So, in short: Find, develop, and execute amazing partnerships that create amazing products at amazing prices for our members.
We have already started this non-subscription journey, but we are ready for the next level.
Your Role:
You're not just a marketer; you're a product nerd. You understand that in today’s world, a deep, intuitive connection with the product is key to driving marketing success.
You’ll lead and execute our non-subscription e-commerce initiatives, blending your growth hacking prowess with your product acumen to create campaigns our members will love.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our non-subscription product marketing strategy, from conceptualization to execution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data, insights, and creativity to drive growth across our channels. You can think strategically but, most importantly, to get things done.

- Product Knowledge: You possess a deep understanding of beauty and wellness products, and you understand that product *is* marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of non-subscription activities, including reaching budgets and targets.
- Developing and executing the non-subscription campaign plan, including building the product lineup.
- Developing and executing partnerships and deals with strategic partners in the beauty and wellness category.
- Developing an efficient testing framework to measure and improve classic e-commerce metrics.
- Staying current with new growth opportunities, channels, trends, best practices, and industry research.

- Strong executive capabilities. You get things done but also have the ability to see the big picture opportunities and challenges.
- Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical orientation and attention to detail.
- Self-directed with a passion for learning and reaching targets.
- Accustomed to working in a highly complex environment with many demanding and expectant stakeholders.
