As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the champion of the positioning, GTM strategy, and commercial enablement of our analytics solutions.

Together with our other product marketing managers, you will analyze the market needs, Ideal Customer Profiles and continually craft positioning and use cases to address relevant segments and industries. Key to success in the role is a thorough understanding of sales enablement and ideally also Solution Selling.

When you are not engaged in world-class marketing positioning and sales enablement, you are working with product management on future improvements, modernizations, and use cases to drive long-term income for Milestone.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning and Go-to-market
    • Develop and implement robust product positioning, product marketing strategies and sales enablement to ensure Milestone sales teams understand when and how to position analytics to augment and accelerate XProtect sales.
    • Craft and refine messaging, product marketing collaterals and enablement plans to ensure relevant and impactful go-to-market
    • Understand when and how to position internal analytics solutions like BriefCam vs. 3rd party analytics solutions to solve customer challenges
  • Lead product strategy and performance
    • Conduct deep-dive analysis into market trends and customer insights to steer product strategy and development.
    • Track, measure, and report the performance of marketing initiatives, extracting insights and evaluating progress towards objectives.
  • Launch excellence
    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new capabilities and updates.
    • Partner with the stakeholders across marketing, product management and sales to ensure alignment in planning and activities.

Experience & Attributes

  • Strong background in product marketing within technology in a global setting is a must
  • Experience with development of product positioning and creating a distinct competitive position
  • Proven track record in sales enablement and experience with Solution Selling
  • Demonstrated capability in sales enablement and supporting the sales process through effective marketing tools and strategies.
  • History of developing and executing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive tangible and proven business results.
  • Robust analytical abilities with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders from different parts of the business and across different geographies is vital
