We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to take Warpigs B2B Catering to the next level. If you love the hustle of sales, the thrill of closing deals, and the satisfaction of seeing an event come to life with mouthwatering BBQ and craft beer, then this role is for you

Join the WarPigs team

You will be joining a team of around 50 people spanning from the brewery, bar, and kitchen. While we all have our own focus and expertise, we operate as one. We want to offer a unique and individualised experience to our guests every time, and you will be a part of leading a team to obtain that focus.

What You'll Do

Fuel Business Growth (Sales & Outreach)

  1. Seek out and engage corporate clients, event planners, and businesses hungry for top-tier catering.
  2. Build and manage a solid sales pipeline—taking leads from the first conversation to a signed deal.
  3. Get out there Reach potential clients via calls, emails, networking events, and social media.
  4. Showcase the magic of Warpigs catering—craft beer, bold BBQ flavors, and an unforgettable experience.
  5. Craft tailored proposals that fit client needs and budgets like a perfectly smoked brisket.
  6. Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

Build Lasting Relationships (Client Management)

  1. Be the go-to person for all B2B catering inquiries and orders.
  2. Develop strong, ongoing relationships with clients—turning one-time customers into loyal fans.
  3. Provide outstanding service at every stage, ensuring events go off without a hitch.
  4. Gather feedback and use it to refine and improve our catering offerings.

Stay Ahead of the Game (Industry & Events)

  1. Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitors, and upcoming events.
  2. Represent Warpigs at key industry gatherings—networking, promoting, and making connections.
  3. Immerse yourself in the world of craft beer and BBQ—know our offerings inside and out.
  4. Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and event teams to guarantee seamless execution.
