About the Opportunity
Join us as a Commercial Expansion Manager and play a critical role in driving revenue growth in the Nordics region. As our first quota-carrier, you will be responsible for scaling our early-stage business and accelerating your career trajectory.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing Series A B2B business backed by top-tier VCs like Accel, First Round, and Point Nine. You will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and an experienced team to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth.
- You will be the engine for our Nordics revenue growth, learning how to take a product to market and scale to millions in ARR by actually doing it.
- You will navigate complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise tech businesses, initially securing mid-five and then low-six figure deals.
- You will build and manage our sales pipeline, close deals, and partner with our CEO on GTM strategy as we expand our ideal customer profile and find success in other sectors and geographies.
About You
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercial powerhouse who can succeed at whatever they put their mind to. You must have 3-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS sales role or something comparable. If you've done B2B sales before, you will have consistently performed top or nearly top of your team.

- You've got a track record of exceptional performance, whether it's in academia, work, sport, a sales team, or whatever else you've put your mind to.
- You're intelligent and have the capacity to rapidly understand our product inside and out, without the crutch of relying on sales engineers.
