Sales Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

About the position: We are seeking to fill this position as soon as possible. The initial contract duration is 10 months, with the potential for an extension to 12 months.

You will play an important role in: As a Sales Coordinator, your main focus will be handling offers and orders related to our spare parts business. We have many exciting tasks. The job therefore requires that you can work independently while having a strong sense of community and can collaborate with people from many different cultures.

Since our customers are worldwide, you will be part of our holiday duty roster. This means that you will have approximately 2-3 holiday shifts a year from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Additionally, you will be part of our closing duty roster, where you will have 2-3 shifts a month until 4:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 3:30 PM (Friday).

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Processing inquiries and orders from customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues and internal departments
  • Corresponding with customers from all over the world, but primarily from Europe
  • Corresponding with MAN's own global service organization, with offices worldwide (IGC)
  • Mail Sorting

On a daily basis, you will be an active part of the team that services our spare parts sales in Europe. The team currently consists of 30 people who together handle all customer inquiries to the team.
