Relocare består af succesfulde konsulenthuse i Danmark og Sverige, som har etableret et godt ry Vi gør global mobilitet nemt, hurtigt og kærligt for vores kunder med en stor tværfaglig kompetence og kærlighed for opgaven, og derfor er vi i vækst. Til assistance for vores team søger vi en Global Mobility Manager. Stillingen er en fuldtidsstilling, men kan også være en deltidsstilling med f.eks. 3-4 dage ugentligt. Vi er heldigvis ikke begrænset af headcounts, og kan tilpasse stillinger, så de passer begge parter bedst muligt.

Den rigtige medarbejder

Med reference til adm. direktør i Relocare får du en selvstændig og udfordrende rolle, hvor dine primære arbejdsopgaver bliver at bistå med udformning af og administration af global mobilitet, herunder ansættelsesret, EU-direktiver for social sikring, Posted Workers Directive, skat og relocation. Det er en alsidig stilling, hvor du skal trives med struktur, at have og eksekvere overblik, samt at bistå med stort og småt indenfor global mobilitet, udformning, administration og kundeservice.

Relevant erfaring med global mobilitet og administration af skattesager eller juridisk dokumenthåndtering og immigration er et must, men vigtigst er det, at du er passioneret, initiativrig og tænker ud af boksen, samtidig med at du er strukturorienteret og er en blæksprutte med lysten til at arbejde internationalt. Jobbet indeholder, som alle andre jobs hos Relocare, en stor bredde, og selv om dit job bliver at holde struktur, skal du vide, at hver dag er forskellig. Du trives derfor med mangfoldighed.

Sandsynligvis savner du også at være en central spiller i en lille virksomhed med et stort vækstpotentiale og en kerne af dygtige medarbejdere med en meget høj faglighed og et bredt portfolio. Sandsynligvis kræver det også, at du udvider dit faglige kendskab, da vi alle arbejder bredt, – og vi vil hjælpe dig og give dig det bedste læringsmæssige grundlag.

Den vi leder efter:

  • Har en fagrelevant uddannelse
  • Har minimum 5 års erfaring indenfor administration af global mobilitet
  • Har gerne selv været udstationeret eller har arbejdet i udlandet
  • Er grundig og detaljeorienteret, da opgaver af juridisk og administrativ karakter er en stor del af jobbet
  • Har stærke evner ift. planlægning og overblik. På trods af, at vi har en meget fri ansættelses- og ledelsesform, har vi struktur og systemer, som vi hører er ret unikke på markedet, og som gør stor skalerbarhed muligt. Detaljen er i forhold til Global Mobility alfa og omega
  • Holder af at arbejde med alle nationaliteter uanset den personlighedstype, du måtte møde
  • Når du sætter dig noget for – så opnår du det, men du er et varmt og meget imødekommende menneske med en høj grad af empati
  • Behersker engelsk og dansk på højt niveau, både mundtligt og skriftligt. Kan du andre sprog, vil det kun være en fordel
